11s2013: La Via Catalana // September 11 2013: Catalan Way

Avui, hem tornat a viure un dia històric a Catalunya.

A les 17:14 exactament, 1 milió 600.000 persones {jo inclosa :) } s'han donat les mans

formant una cadena humana de més de 400km

atravessant Catalunya de nord a sud

{de fet, ha atravessat la frontera francesa també},

per demanar la INDEPENDÈNCIA DE CATALUNYA.

Se m'ha posat la pell de gallina al pensar com de gran és el que hem fet aquesta tarda.

Pensar que per uns minuts, tots estàvem units agafats de la mà.

Aquí us deixo un vídeo amb les millors imatges d'aquest bonic dia.

A més a més, els meus pares, tiets i la seva colla d'amics hi surten ballant una sardana [0:22].

Today, we lived another historical day in Catalonia. 

At 17:14 exactly, 1.6 million people {me included :)} joined hands forming a human chain of more than 400km (250 miles) crossing Catalonia from north to south 

{actually, it crossed the French border too},

to claim for CATALONIA'S INDEPENDENCE.

I got goosebumps when I thought of 

how huge what we were doing was.

dancing "sardanes" (a traditional Catalan dance) at the beginning   of the video [0:22].
